Preamble
It is the intent of these rules and regulations to allow all campers to enjoy the
tranquility and beauty of Lake Niapenco.
The property is owned by the Germania Club and is administered by the Park Manager. The Park Manager is a member of the Club’s Board of Directors. The Chair of the \Campers’ Executive Committee is elected by the Campers and is the liaison person between the Campers and the Board of Directors. As such, the Chair of the Campers looks after the needs of the Campers and enforces the Camping Rules and Regulations. The Chair is also a member of the Club’s Extended Board of Directors. The Campers’ Committee recommends amendments to the Camping Rules and Regulations.
